Former President Donald Trump faces a total of 91 criminal counts against him. The 91 felony counts stem from five indictments in four criminal cases
- 34 counts of falsifying records
- 32 counts of willful retention of national defense information for alleged violations of the Espionage Act.
- 1 count of conspiracy to obstruct justice.
- 1 count of withholding a document or record.
- 1 count of corruptly concealing a document or record.
- 1 count of concealing a document in a federal investigation.
- 1 count of scheme to conceal.
- 1 count of false statements and representations.
- 1 count of altering, destroying, mutilating or concealing an object.
- 1 count of altering, destroying, mutilating, or concealing a document, record or other object.
- One count of conspiracy to defraud the United States.
- One count of conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding.
- One count of obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding.
- One count of conspiracy against rights.
- One count of violation of the Georgia RICO Act.
- Three counts of solicitation of violation of an oath by public officer.
- Two counts of conspiracy to commit false statements and writings.
- Two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree.
- Two counts of false statements and writings.
- One count of conspiracy to commit impersonating a public officer.
- One count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents.
- One count of filing false documents.
That comes to a grand total of 91 felony counts against the former president, who is running for the GOP nomination to take back the White House in 2024.
