Cleantech for Europe: Ruben Davis is a new policy officer.

Consumer Choice Center (Free-market advocacy group):  named former Hungarian MP Zoltán Kész a government affairs manager. More recently director of the Civitas Institute and a co-founder of the party that ran against Viktor Orban in the last election, Kész will travel between Hungary and Brussels, as well as Visegrad capitals. 

Corteva Agriscience: Teresa Babuscio from Bayer Crop Science is the new head of government and industry affairs for the EMEA region. 

Digital Europe: Michael Strübin joined DIGITALEUROPE as senior adviser on digital health, via MedTech Europe.

Dr2 Consultants: Ward Scheelen leaves Dr2 Consultants for Australia.

E3G: Nick Mabey and Shane Tomlinson have been appointed co-CEOs of climate change think tank E3G.

Edelman: Deyan Lazarov has joined Edelman Brussels’ health and wellbeing public affairs team as a senior analyst. He previously worked at SIOP Europe – the European Society for Paediatric Oncology

European Association for Electromobility: Eric-Mark Huitema, the ex-ACEA chief, has joined AVERE, the European Association for Electromobility, as head of a new vehicles initiative. 

European Biodiesel Board:  Dickon Posnett, the director of corporate affairs for Argent Energy, has been appointed President of the European Biodiesel Board, replacing Saipol’s Kristell Guizouarn.

European Coordination Committee of the Radiological, Electromedical and Healthcare IT Industry (COCIR): Philipp Goedecker previously with the German Farmers’ Association (DBV) joins as digital health senior manager. He replaces Giedre Kvedaraviciene, who is pursuing a PhD in health care economics at Johns Hopkins University in the U.S. as Fulbright scholarship recipient.

Eurogas: Victor Bernabeu was promoted to director.

FGS Global: Ayrton Thevissen is now a partner.

FleishmanHillard: Anna Vuillerod has been promoted to account manager.

Global Health Advocates: Rowan Dunn is the new EU advocacy coordinator at Global Health Advocates, heading to the NGO from industry association EuropaBio. 

Harley-Davidson : Jane Stevenson has been promoted to global director of government affairs at Harley-Davidson.

Havas Group Belgium: Havas Group Belgium is now providing public affairs and strategic comms support, beyond its earlier offering of media and advertising. It’s part of the integration with H/Advisors Cicero, after Havas bought a majority stake in Cicero back in 2020. 

Hume Brophy: Edward Strange has been promoted to head of transport & mobility,

Hydro:Justyna Balbier was promoted to senior EU affairs manager & head of EU office.   Jostein Røynesdal is now head of EU Affairs. He replaces Rønnaug Sægrov Mysterud, who is switching to head of commercial offshore wind at Hydro REIN.

Institute for European Environmental Policy (IEEP): Eero Yrjö-Koskinen has been appointed as its next executive director. Currently director of the Finnish Institute (FinnAgora) in Hungary, he’ll start in November, as acting chief Ben Allen returns to his role as research director.

MedTech Europe: CEO Serge Bernasconi has announced his retirement, but will stay on until January 2, when he’ll be replaced by Oliver Bisazza, currently director general for industrial policies and external affairs in the organization.

MUFG: Luca Giusti joins MUFG as vice-president, regulatory policy and advocacy expert in Brussels.

Natural Mineral Waters Europe: Adam Gono joined Natural Mineral Waters Europe head of environment and sustainability, via the International Fur Federation. He replaces Ermis Panagiotopoulos, who moved to petrochemical company Indorama Ventures as head of sustainability advocacy EMEA.

Nestlé: Ana Patrícia Carvalho is now general counsel and compliance officer for Nestlé Zone Europe, after working as the company’s general counsel for R&D in Switzerland.

Okta: Goran Gotev joins Okta as EMEA government affairs director, via BlackBerry

Rud Pedersen: Kaat Detré has been promoted to account director; Emanuel Santos and Malte Helligsøe to senior account manager; Miram Rosales Garcia to account manager; Ferdinand Lang and Victor Fickinger to senior associate; Stefania Scarpino and Antoine Grall to associate; and Mariana Calado to designer.

Savion Ray: Jeta Bejtullahu joins Savion Ray as public affairs director, via the NGO Eurochild. 

Trainline: Google veteran Chiara Tomasi moves to Trainline as head of government relations in Brussels. 

WWF: Camille Maury has been promoted to senior policy officer at WWF
