American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium: The American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium has appointed Stéphanie Rutten, currently Partner at Whyte Corporate Affairs, as its next CEO. She will start in May, succeeding Marcel Claes after nearly 18 years.

BCW Brussels: Sarah Debbiche Krichen was promoted to director; Gesa Winkens was promoted to senior account director; Elissa Chaiban was promoted to senior designer; Annamaria Konig was promoted to account manager; Jillian Gaborieau was promoted to account manager; Elisabeth Laird was promoted to account manager; Marta Bombelli was promoted to account manager; and Reto Schlegel was promoted to account manager. Alessandra Menga has been promoted to senior account executive; Alexia Koroloff Lanier was promoted to senior account executive; Ana Rivas Valero was promoted to senior account executive; Cécile Huard was promoted to senior account executive; Georgina Unsworth was promoted to senior account executive and Matthias Peschke was promoted to senior account executive.

Computer and Communications Industry Association (CCIA): Kasper Peters, previously senior communications manager at ACEA, has joined CCIA Europe as head of communications.

Computer and Communication Industry Association (CCIA): Deliveroo has joined the Computer & Communications Industry Association as a member company. 

CropLife Europe: CropLife Europe has appointed Emma Brown as director of public affairs. She was previously the director of EU affairs and head of the Brussels office at Red Flag.  

European Policy Centre (EPC): Elizabeth Kuiper, former executive director of public affairs at the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), is joining the European Policy Centre as associate director and head of the social Europe and well-being program. 

Finsbury Glover Hering (Berlin): Eva Christiansen, former media advisor and department lead in the German chancellery will become a partner at Finsbury Glover Hering in Berlin. 

FleishmanHillard: Emma Cracknell was promoted to senior vice president and head of healthcare. Jane Gimber was promoted to senior vice president and head of sustainability. Cloe Roycroft was promoted to vice-president and head of digital and social. Kate Winfield was promoted to account director. Aaron McLoughlin and Peter Wilson were promoted to partners and Guylaine Vandooren and David Turier were promoted to senior partners.

FTI Consulting: Hannah-Polly Williams has joined FTI Consulting as a senior director to strengthen the firm’s growing ESG & Sustainability practice across EMEA. She previously worked at the International Rescue Committee.  

Meta: After almost 15 years at Google, Marco Pancini is joining the public policy team at Meta as a director of privacy policy for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

SEC Newgate Group: SEC Newgate Group has acquired a stake in American public affairs firm Global Strategy Group (GSG), which has offices in Chicago, New York, Seattle and Washington D.C. Victoria Main is the CEO of SEC Newgate EU.

SEC Newgate EU: Mira Kaloshi has joined SEC Newgate EU from Ketchum as an account manager to work on chemicals and other clients, while Emmanuelle Pouget, who was previously with Polint, has begun as a senior account executive to support clients on sustainability policy.

SolarPower Europe: Dries Acke is joining SolarPower Europe as policy director, after over a decade leading the Energy Systems Programme at the European Climate Foundation.
