Veronika Bendere (MSD) elected as chair of Diversity and Inclusion Task Force, Elizabeth Crossick (Relx) elected as Member at Large, Policy Group, Mark Foster (Barclays) re-elected as Member at Large, Policy Group, Jane Gimber (Fleishman-Hillard) re-elected as Vice-Chair of the Sustainable Finance Task Force, Ania Helseth (Meta) elected as Member at Large, Policy Group, Pablo Muniz (Van Bael & Bellis) re-elected as Vice-Chair of the Customs and Trade Facilitation Committee, Emilia Valbum (3M) elected as Vice-Chair of the European Parliament Outreach Task Force, Alberto Zilio (AT&T Inc.) elected as Vice-Chair of the Digital Economy Committee.

Bayer’s Crop Science Division: Liam Condon will step down as president of Bayer’s Crop Science Division a bit earlier than planned, and will be succeeded by Rodrigo Santos, who currently serves as the unit’s chief operating officer. Santos has been with Bayer for more than 20 years and led the Crop Science business in Latin America after the acquisition of Monsanto in 2018.

BoltT: Terrence Burns has joined consultancy BoldT as a senior advisor for global sport.

Cambre Associates: Jie-Yi Tang has joined Cambre Associates as head of HR after more than 10 years at Portland Communications Europe. William Parker will be joining Cambre Associates as public affairs director on December 1. He was previously a managing director at FTI Consulting. Parker succeeds Tania Pentcheva, who has started a new position as senior manager of government and industry relations at Xylem Inc.

Covington & Burling: Carole Maczkovics is joining the EU Competition team as of counsel based in the Brussels office. She was previously a partner at DALDEWOLF. Meanwhile, Carl Wettinck is joining the team as an associate. He was previously a prosecutor at the Belgian Competition Authority.

EPACA: Nemec+Chvatal has joined EPACA – the European Public Affairs Consultancies’ Association.

German Marshall Fund of the United States: Heather A. Conley, currently senior vice president for Europe, Eurasia and the Arctic at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), will serve as the next president of the German Marshall Fund of the United States.

Hume Brophy: Hume Brophy has appointed David Cook, a former U.K. government lead negotiator on EU financial services regulation in Brussels, as managing director of international financial services. Meanwhile, Leonard DornyShiraz Dromi and Lorenzo Livraghi have been promoted to account directors.

Rasmussen Global’s Brussels Office: Arthur de Liedekerke has joined Global’s Brussels office as a cybersecurity policy and strategy expert. He was previously a strategy officer in the French Ministry for the Armed Forces.

TikTok: Giles Derrington will be TikTok’s new senior public policy and government relations manager, joining from Deliveroo

Xylem Inc. : Tania Pentcheva has started a new position as senior manager of government and industry relations at Xylem Inc.
