AK Public Affairs: AK Public Affairs is a new tech policy consultancy in Brussels. Its founders are Andreas Constantinides — until recently a senior director and the European head of APCO Worldwide’s technology policy practice, who also once worked at Cyprus’ permanent representation to the EU — and Kevin Vindevogel, former director of APCO’s technology practice. 

American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium: The American Chamber of Commerce in Belgium has appointed Stéphanie Rutten, currently Partner at Whyte Corporate Affairs, as its next CEO. She will start in May, succeeding Marcel Claes after nearly 18 years.

Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME): The Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME) has appointed Caroline Liesegang as a managing director and head of prudential regulation and research. She succeeds Michael Lever, who retired at the end of 2021 after 10 years at AFME.

Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand Services: Sebastiano Bertagni has joined the Association of Commercial Television and Video on Demand Services in Europe as a junior policy officer.

Axel Springer: Moritz Holzgraefe will represent Axel Springer as its director of public affairs for the EU.

BCW: BCW has appointed Roland Moore as executive vice president, public affairs, Europe & Africa.

Bentley Systems: Bernardo Matos has joined Bentley Systems as the director of EU government relations in Brussels after six years at Ericsson’s European Affairs office. 

Brunswick: Jorick Albers has been promoted to associate, Jeroen Benning has been promoted to director, Patrick Matthews has been promoted to associate and Emily Pompelia has been promoted to director. 

CEPSA: Emmanuel Desplechin is joining the global energy company CEPSA, where he will be head of regulatory and open their EU representation office.

Computer & Communications Industry Association: The Computer & Communications Industry Association has welcomed Nord Security and Viagogo as its latest members in Europe. The association has also promoted Alexandre Roure to director, public policy. 

Dr2 Consultants: Dirk GollTeresa Golsong and Guillaume Baudour are joining as consultants. Goll previously worked for Dods, Golsong joins from the European Commission and Baudour from Logos Public Affairs. 

ePure: Emmanuel Desplechin is leaving ePURE, the European renewable ethanol association, after more than eight years , the last five as Secretary-General

European Policy Centre: Elizabeth Kuiper, former executive director of public affairs at the European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA), is joining the European Policy Centre as associate director and head of the social Europe and well-being program. 

Fourtold: Kristina Gyosheva and Darragh Duncan join Fourtold’s Brussels team as associate consultant and intern, respectively.

Hague Corporate Affairs: Hague Corporate Affairs appointed Sandrine Lauret as director to head its Paris office. 

Lysios Public Affairs: Philippe Brunet, a former head of cabinet and director at the European Commission, is joining Lysios Public Affairs as senior adviser.

PNKetchum+: Aleksandra Lugovic joined PNKetchum+ as a vice president of healthcare and public affairs. Also joining the firm is David Breyer

RE-Source Platform: Joop Hazenberg joins the RE-Source Platform — the European platform for corporate renewable energy sourcing — as policy and impact director.
