CHAIR OF AALEP INVITED AS GUEST SPEAKER IN SARAJEVO

The Chair of the Association of Accredited Public Policy Advocates (AALEP) has been invited by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina as Guest Speaker at a seminar to be held on 8 May in Sarajevo.

The seminar is being organized by the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia & Herzegovina's Institute for Education that organises programmes of professional training and further education for company managers and employees [Within the structure of the Institute the following forms of education and advanced training exist: the School of Foreign Trade, the School of Quality, the School of Privatisation, the School of Small Business, the School of Functional Education, the ECDL School, the School of Rhetoric, the School of Business Protocol, the PHARE Centre for Education in Road Transport, as well as seminars for the specialisation in certain trade branches and activities].

The seminar will bring together the Presidents of the Lobbying Associations from neighbouring countries: Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia and provide a unique opportunity to review the Public Policy Advocacy lanscape in the Balkan countries.

The Chair of AALEP will discuss the following topic: EXPANDING THE PRACTICE OF LOBBYING TO PUBLIC POLICY ADVOCACY AND PAINTING A POSITIVE IMAGE FOR THE PROFESSION
