Covestro: Malik Duhaut has left FleishmanHillard and is joining Covestro in Brussels as a senior manager, governmental affairs.
Edelman Amsterdam: Edelman Amsterdam has appointed Ilse Albers- van Hartevelt as its first managing director, corporate.
Edelman: Stefan Borst is joining as CEO of Edelman Brussels. Sebastian Kruse was appointed head of public affairs at Edelman Germany. Laurel Butterfield has been promoted to director, global strategy & operations, health .

Neil McMillan was promoted to senior counselor, political affairs and strategy, and director, advocacy and trade. European Recycling Industries’ Confederation: Cinzia Vezzosi, president of the European Recycling Industries’ Confederation, was elected vice president of Assofermet, the Italian Association of Metal Recovery and Recycling Enterprises.
Generali: Jean Plattard, previously a senior consultant with Afore Consulting, will head the new office of Generali in Brussels and serve as Generali’s general representative to the EU.
GSMA: Gary Healy has joined mobile telecoms trade body as director of public policy.

International Regulatory Strategy Group: Kay Swinburne, vice chair of financial services for KPMG UK and former vice chair of the European Parliament’s Economics and Monetary Affairs Committee, has been appointed the new chair of the International Regulatory Strategy Group.
Kreab Woldwide: Martin Wilberg was promoted to associate director at Kreab Worldwide.
MSD: Gabriele (Gabi) Grom has joined the MSD European public policy team, where she will lead policy work in 31 countries. Kathleen Grieve has joined as access, pricing and affordability lead. Edith Frénoy will be joining the team in June as director, strategic advocacy lead. Javier Rincón Cruz has also joined as junior vaccines policy manager.
Politico Europe: Claire Boussagol will assume the role of chief executive officer (CEO) as of June 16. She will succeed Shéhérazade Semsar-de Boisséson, who is stepping down as CEO at her own request to take on new pursuits, including a new role as a member of POLITICO Europe’s advisory board.

Universal Music Group: Universal Music Group has named Robbert Baruch as senior vice president for public affairs, Europe.
