EUROPEAN BUSINESS AND TECHNOLOGY CENTRE (EBTC)

Creating avenues for EU-India collaboration, EBTC is the primary cleantech innovation gateway for European business and research in India. It was launched in 2008 under a programme co-funded by the European Union and coordinated by Eurochambres.

EBTC's Mission

EBTC’s mission is to assist the Business, Science & Research Community - in Europe and India - to work together towards generating new business opportunities in clean technology transfer, and establishing business relevant cooperation in the field of research, science and technology.

EBTC’s Vision

EBTC’s focus is to become a reference point for promoting European clean technologies in India and to be recognised for the quality of its services, its knowledge of the Indian market and its capacity to reach out to the entire European business and research community. Through its offices across India, EBTC supports EU clean-technology companies and researchers on their market entry to India, offering complete end-to-end solutions with a toolbox of tailored services. Biotechnology, energy, environment and transport are sectors which offer immense scope for synergy and collaboration. EBTC houses verticals in each of these sectors offering specific advice and guidance.

EBTC is present across Europe through its partners in the Member States. In Europe, EBTC’s  partners include business and research organisations working on the 4 key sectors (Biotech, Energy, Environment and Transport) as well as network and knowledge partners.
