AALEP INTRODUCES ‘YOUNG PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP’

Recognizing that young professionals in the field of government relations and public affairs are eager to advance in the workplace, that they want to be noticed and create impact and at the same time discover how to start generating more income and accelerate their advancement, AALEP is pleased to announce the creation of a ‘Young Professional Membership’.

This membership is open to persons who hold some degree of responsibility in the field of government relations and public affairs and are compensated for their services. They are 30 years old or younger. This membership is limited to no more than three consecutive years of AALEP Membership.

Typically, persons falling into this category will be found at entry and mid-level e.g. Issues Analyst; Research Analysts; Research Assistant; Junior Account Executive; Account Executive; Account Manager (2 or 3 years experience)
