AALEP RECOGNIZES DISTINGUISHED WOMEN MEPs
AALEP is pleased to announce that the women MEPs here below are supportive of AALEP's initiative of 'Women in Government Relations'. We are deeply grateful for their positive endorsement and are counting on other women MEPs to rally the cause.
Today more and more women are rising to the highest positions in the centre of global power, not only in politics, but also in business-related roles, as well as in the social sphere. The role of women in politics, as in other areas of modern society, is becoming more prominent. Outstanding women can function as inspirational examples of success, illustrating the kinds of achievements that are possible for women around them. They demonstrate that it is possible to overcome traditional gender barriers, indicating to other women that high levels of success are indeed attainable.
