Le règlement intérieur du barreau de Paris qui comprend le Règlement Intérieur National (RIN) et des dispositions spécifiques au barreau précise que l’avocat peut, dans le cadre de ses activités de représentation d’intérêts (lobbying) auprès des Parlements nationaux ou européen ou auprès d’administrations publiques nationales, européennes ou internationales, faire mention, dans les registres de ces institutions ou administrations, après avoir recueilli l’accord exprès de ses clients, de l’identité de ceux-ci et du montant des honoraires perçus au titre de sa mission .
