Agri-Food Chain Coalition: The Agri-Food Chain Coalition, which brings together top industry associations in the EU food and farming world, has a new president. Ana Granados Chapatte, director of animal breeders’ group EFFAB, has taken over the reins from Pekka Pesonen, the secretary general of Copa & Cogeca.

APCO Woldwide’s Italy offices. Sara Amadei has been promoted to managing director of APCO Worldwide’s Italy offices. Matteo Martone is now deputy managing director. 

Community Plant Variety Office: Francesco Mattina is now president of the Community Plant Variety Office. 

Dentons Global Advisors-Albright Stonebridge Group: Kevin Allison is joining as vice president for Europe & Eurasia and technology policy.

DIGITALEUROPE: Digital Europe has welcomed numerous new hires. Martin Chapman is the new director for technical policy and standards. Normunds Egle is now senior manager for member state outreach. Samia Fitouri is senior communications manager, while Jean-Dominique Meunier is director for member state outreach. Michele Calabrò is the new senior manager for digital health policy and Béatrice Ericson is officer for privacy & security policy

Edelman: Dariusz Dybka has joined Edelman to lead the company’s sustainability team in Brussels.

EuropaBio:  Adrien Samson has joined as healthcare biotechnology manager, Rowan Dunn has joined as healthcare biotechnology coordinator and José Peres as national associations council & SME coordinator.

European Social Insurance Platform. The European Social Insurance Platform has appointed Yannis Natsis as director. He takes over from Christine Dawson, who is retiring after 20 years at ESIP

Finance Watch: Julia Symon has been appointed head of advocacy and research, replacing Thierry Philipponnat, who will serve as chief economist.

Finsbury Glover Hering: Former senior U.S. diplomat William “Bill” Klein has joined Finsbury Glover Hering’s government affairs, policy & advocacy practice as consulting partner. 

Fourtold: Fourtold has appointed James Holtum as senior adviser and head of political engagement. He previously worked at Rasmussen Global.

Hanover Brussels: Alen Hristov is now an account director at Hanover Brussels. He will be co-leading the digital policy practice at Hanover.

Harwood Levitt Consulting: Tresja Bolt has joined Harwood Levitt Consulting as executive director and senior advisor. Isabelle Dekester is now the firm’s director of operations. Meanwhile, Aida Ferriero Amil has joined as a manager from Madrid.  

International Association of Privacy Professionals: The International Association of Privacy Professionals appointed Isabelle Roccia as managing director, Europe. 

International Gas Union: The International Gas Union has appointed Milton Catelin as its new secretary general

Kreab: Mark Foster, previously a partner at Kreab, has returned to the firm as an international policy advisor after serving as vice president of government relations at Barclays. He will work with clients on financial services, tech and EU-U.K. relations. Meanwhile, Magnus Norman, previously a digital and industry affairs attaché at the Swedish permanent representation to the EU, has joined Kreab as a director based in Stockholm.

Lomond Corporate Relations:  Lomond Corporate Relations will cover both public affairs and corporate communications in Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Ben Petter, previously the chief operating officer for Europe at Grayling is now managing partner at Lomond,  which he co-founded alongside Jan Simunek

Pomilio Blumm: Matteo Pederzoli is now head of Pomilio Blumm’s Brussels office.

#SustainablePublicAffairs : Willem Vriesendorp, founder. Ellen Hof — previously chief operating officer at Hill+Knowlton Strategies has joined #SustainablePublicAffairs as COO and head of the agri-food practice.

Thyssenkrupp Steel: Samuel Flückiger is joining thyssenkrupp Steel as head of EU climate policy.
